Return Policy:

 

You may cancel your order at any time prior to the order being dispatched. If you have notified us of a problem with the goods, we will either make good any shortage or non-delivery; replace or repair any goods that are damaged or defective upon delivery; or refund to you the amount paid by you for the goods in question. We will not be liable to you for any loss of profits, administrative inconvenience, disappointment, indirect or consequential loss or damage arising out of any problem in relation to the goods and we shall have no liability to pay any money to you by way of compensation other than any refund we make under these conditions. This does not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
We offer a 30 days return policy subject to the condition that they have not been used or fitted and they are undamaged in the original packaging and you notify us within 7 days of receipt of the product. In the event you wish to return any of the purchased items, please contact us at globalmetalco@gmail.com within 7 days from the date of receipt of the product. We will issue a return reference number to you. Any items returned without a returns reference number will not be entertained. Any items which are surplus to requirement 30 days after receipt will not be accepted.
Any items marked as 'Special Order Item' are bought to order and non returnable. All customized products or made to order products are classed as 'Special Orders' for the purposes of our returns policy.  If we agree to provide you with a refund we will usually credit your credit/debit card account within 30 days of receipt of the returned product.
After examination of returned goods refunds will be processed within 30 days. Cost for return to us will be paid for by the customer and cannot be reimbursed. Any special orders may not be returned for any reason. Goods returned under complaint may have to be returned to the Manufacturer for inspection and report. 
If we supply any wrong products, due to a mistake at our end, then of course a full credit will be issued.

Delivery Policy

We aim to deliver your order as soon as is possible and stock orders are usually despatched within 2-3 working days. This is subject to stock availability and clearance of funds. However, please allow an extra 2-3 days for all items. There are occasions where demand on certain products outstrips supply, should we be unable to deliver within 3 weeks we will advise you via email with the option to cancel your order or select an alternative product. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.

Privacy Policy

We respect your privacy and make concious efforts to keep all the information confidential. We never disclose any confidential information to third parties.
