Delivery Policy

We produce the items based on customers' requirement and generally do not carry inventory. We aim to deliver your order as soon as is possible and stock orders are usually despatched within 2-3 weeks. This is subject to stock availability and clearance of funds. However, please allow an extra 2 weeks for all items. There are occasions where demand on certain products outstrips supply, should we be unable to deliver within 6 weeks we will advise you via email with the option to cancel your order or select an alternative product. When confirmation of order is received, this is to indicate that we have received your order. It does not indicate that a contract exists between us.
